In order to deeply implement the important instructions of the General Secretary on the work of skilled talents, play the leading role of party building, promote skill culture, strengthen the construction of teacher ethics and integrity, on the afternoon of November 17th, the Party branch of the Manufacturing Engineering Department organized all party members to visit the World Skills Museum for study.
Under the guidance of the narrator, the party members visited the six core exhibition areas of the World Skills Museum, including Skills and Tools, World Skills Movement, Skill Development and China, Skills and Social Development, Skills and Basic Science, Skills and Future, as well as temporary exhibition areas, interactive experience areas and other functional areas. In the Skills and Tools exhibition area, party members learned about the history of various tools; in the World Skills Movement exhibition area, party members learned about the origin and development of World Skills Organization and competitions; in the Skills Development and China exhibition area, party members learned about the development history of traditional Chinese crafts; in the Skills and Social Development exhibition area, party members felt the importance of skills in social and technological development; in the Skills and Basic Science exhibition area, party members understood the impact of basic science on superb skills; in the Skills and Future exhibition area, party members felt the promotion of advanced technology and skills on industrial technology.
Through the visit and study, it promoted the teachers of the party branch to understand the changes and roles of the World Skills Competition and skills in careers and life, and made the party member teachers deeply understand the connotation of "one skill can move the world". Party member teachers have expressed that in future work, they will do their job well based on the position of vocational education teachers, train more and better technical and skilled talents for the party and the country, and help the country's development.
