To advance the formulation of the modern apprenticeship high-skilled talent training program for ultra-precision optical manufacturing, on the afternoon of April 6, the Department of Manufacturing Engineering of the Vocational College and the Advanced Vocational School held a school-enterprise seminar. The meeting was presided over by Director Li Houjia, and participated by Production Director Li Jingyu, HR Director Wang Jingbo from Linding Optics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, along with Secretary Gui Jia, vice directors Liu Suhua, Zhou Libo, and various department directors from the Department of Manufacturing Engineering.
Director Li Houjia welcomed the arrival of enterprise experts at the meeting, introduced the modern apprenticeship system, and emphasized the discussion of the modern apprenticeship high-skilled talent training program starting from enterprise needs. He hopes to strengthen the exchange and cooperation between schools and enterprises, further standardize the modern apprenticeship pilot work, and jointly make the apprenticeship project more practical and detailed. Additionally, Director Li also hopes to take this opportunity to promote the transformation and upgrading of professional groups, strengthen teacher training, improve teachers' professional abilities, and apply enterprise equipment, technical resources, etc., to curriculum teaching to further improve the quality of talent training.
Vice Director Liu Suhua interprets the preliminary modern apprenticeship talent training program, emphasizing the curriculum setting of modern apprenticeship high-skilled talent training, and notes that it will be based on the current school curriculum, combined with enterprise positions and talent needs. Liu Suhua also stated that she will actively absorb the opinions and suggestions of enterprise experts and formulate a modern apprenticeship talent training program that truly meets the dual needs of enterprises and students.
In conclusion, Secretary Gui Jia pointed out her hopes of fully utilizing the respective advantages of both schools and enterprises through the operation of the modern apprenticeship model, sharing resources, and making new highlights in joint talent training, aiming for a “triple win” of schools, enterprises, and students. The ultra-precision optical manufacturing "apprenticeship" high-skilled talent training is a new model of modern talent training that focuses on skill training for students through deep cooperation between schools and enterprises and joint teaching by teachers and enterprise experts. This seminar discussed the training of ultra-precision optical manufacturing "apprenticeship" high-skilled talents in detail, laying the foundation for the future development of modern apprenticeships in intermediate and advanced vocational specialties, further enhancing the construction of the connotation of vocational education, and helping to boost the development of the industry and regional economy together.
