Serving as venue division manager, senior director of skill competition infrastructure and foreign affairs translator, Wang Shishi is responsible for foreign affairs conferences, preparation of competition infrastructure list, sponsor technology docking, competition organization and other work. She conscientiously organizes and participates in the regular meeting of the regional venue manager, the regular meeting of the regional manager, the regular meeting of WSI/COD/WSM, the regular meeting of the four parties of the sponsorship department, the regular meeting of the site layout, the regular meeting of the mentor, etc., and also hosts and participates in the CPW meetings of various projects, and the projects and SCM, WSI Promotion meetings, matchmaking meetings with GP sponsors, long-term sponsors, event sponsors, presentation reports to WSI and the executive board, writing, translating, and reviewing meeting minutes and related letters, frequent meetings with venue managers, SCM, major sponsors Communicate with businessmen and design teams, promote infrastructure and site layout work, and at the same time sort out, count, and coordinate the information and business progress of 63 skill projects in 8 major divisions, sort out foreign language materials such as infrastructure lists for each project, and organize various World Championship sponsors A series of work such as the circulation of sponsorship items, the collection and selection, and the compilation of the World Championship infrastructure list. She is conscientious and responsible in her work, with excellent performance, and has received unanimous praise from the department, and won the honorary title of Excellent Venue Division Manager of the 46th WorldSkills Competition. As the 46th World Skills Competition is gradually coming to an end, Wang Shishi continues to serve as the site division manager of the 47th WorldSkills Competition Shanghai Trials, responsible for the preparation and organization of all events in the division, and presides over various business promotion meetings.
